Damaris Mulewa is an accomplished Program and Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) Specialist with over a decade of experience leading complex, multi-country, and multi-donor development and humanitarian programs across East Africa. She has worked with leading global organizations including the World Food Programme (WFP), the Partnership for Child Development at Imperial College London, the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI), and USAID-funded initiatives, where she has provided strategic leadership in program design, implementation, and evidence generation.
