As a certified Trainer of Trainers, he brings extensive expertise in advocacy, community mobilization, HIV treatment literacy, gender norms transformation, Universal Health Coverage (UHC), domestic resource mobilization, and Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI) programming.
Lloyd has successfully designed, led, and coordinated human rights–based, inclusive, and evidence-informed programs across global, national, and subnational levels—working with diverse populations including adolescent girls and young women (AGYW), people living with HIV (PLHIV), key populations, and youth.
