Evidence Frontiers partnered with Hivos to support the development of a Gender Advocacy Strategy in Tanzania. This assignment focused on strengthening Hivos’ efforts to advance gender equality and inclusion through evidence-based advocacy. Our team conducted a comprehensive situational analysis to identify key gender policy gaps, stakeholder dynamics, and opportunities for influence within national and regional frameworks.

We facilitated consultative workshops with civil society actors, government representatives, and community advocates to co-create a shared vision and strategic priorities. The resulting strategy provided a clear roadmap for coordinated advocacy, resource mobilization, and accountability on gender rights.
