How we do it

We start by understanding your context and priorities, then co-design a learning journey that blends short, practical modules with hands-on exercises, real programme data, and application to your work. Our approach is participatory and Afrocentric—centering local expertise, lived realities, and responsible evidence practices. We also provide follow-up coaching to help teams embed new ways of working beyond the training room.

We work with NGOs and INGOs, civil society organisations, government agencies, foundations, and academic institutions—especially teams managing complex programmes, partnerships, and policy engagement.
