Evidence Frontiers partnered with the University of Nairobi to conduct the Endterm Evaluation of the CRISS Plus Project in Kenya. Our team led a comprehensive assessment of the project’s design, implementation, and outcomes, focusing on its contributions to strengthening research systems and institutional capacity. We applied mixed-method evaluation approaches, combining quantitative data analysis with in-depth qualitative insights from key stakeholders. The evaluation identified critical achievements, lessons learned, and areas for sustainability, providing actionable recommendations to guide future programming.
