Evidence Frontiers designed and delivered a specialized Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) for Advocacy and Policy Influencing Training targeting Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) across Africa. The training aimed to strengthen the capacity of advocacy practitioners to measure influence, capture policy outcomes, and translate evidence into action. Our team facilitated interactive sessions on theory of change development, outcome harvesting, contribution analysis, and adaptive learning — all tailored to the realities of advocacy programming in complex political environments.
Participants engaged in practical exercises to map their advocacy pathways, design influence indicators, and document significant changes in policy and practice. The training enhanced CSOs’ ability to demonstrate impact, refine strategies, and communicate results more effectively to stakeholders and donors.
