Evidence Frontiers collaborated with Adeso to implement a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Training tailored for program and field staff in Somalia. This training aimed to enhance institutional capacity in results-based management, data quality assurance, and adaptive learning across Adeso’s humanitarian and development initiatives. Our expert team conducted interactive, hands-on sessions that addressed essential MEAL components, including the development of theory of change, formulation of indicators, creation of data collection tools, participatory monitoring, and accountability mechanisms.
Through this training, participants acquired valuable, practical skills in evidence generation, analysis, and learning documentation. These competencies empower staff to enhance program effectiveness and transparency, ultimately leading to improved outcomes for the communities they serve. The training not only equipped the participants with essential MEAL knowledge but also fostered a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the organization.
